In my early 40s, facing chronic pain and low mood, a kinesiologist transformed my life with simple yet powerful changes. After my 5th caesarean at 40, I struggled with overwhelm and health issues, feeling pressured to seem perfect.

Realising the need for self-care, I sought support, leading to a profound transformation in energy, confidence, and purpose.


I found the course that I wanted to do with nutrition and then things started to change for me, I found a confidence, I had the energy and I knew I had the will now to help others. I could empathise with how that person felt, I heard them because I listened, when on so many occasions I was not listened to and I didn’t feel heard and a lot of the time I could not verbalise it as I felt like I shouldn’t.


I still have tough days but I have devised a tool box that at every given opportunity I open and choose something that is going to inspire and help me on the road forwards and this is what I want for anyone that is willing to step into my world and let them navigate their own journey , finding out what they have to offer to the world but first of all finding out for themselves what they have within in order to share their gift .
